About Us


Stacey Tipton has been catering for over 25 years. She is the owner and executive chef of

Food Affairs by Stacey; a full service catering company that specializes in tailoring the

menu to the specific tastes of her clients.

Born and raised in Ventura she has a feel and flare for the coastal culinary tastes that

make this area unique.

Stacey’s culinary education has been courses taken through Le Cordon Bleu, Le’Art

Culinare - Paris 1985 and the Professional Cooking School Career Institute.

The excellent staff at Food Affairs by Stacey is dedicated to providing you with the

highest quality of service, food preparation and elegance in presentation.

We have had the pleasure to serve many clients throughout Ventura County, including

the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of America, The Oxnard Monday Club, The City of

Ventura, The Ventura Women’s Club, Ventura Rotary East, Ventura Kiwanis Club,

Ventura Chamber of Commerce, ARC of Ventura, musical talent, such as Alice Cooper,

Lonestar and Morrissey. We also specialize in full service weddings, corporate meetings

and funeral memorial receptions.

Stacey and her staff can accommodate any menu requests. We have extensive

experience with vegan menus and cooking, gluten free menus and cooking and

vegetarian menus and cooking.
